Joe was born in
Oakland, CA May 9, 1950, and spent his childhood in Chico, CA.
After attending UC Berkeley, Joe
returned to Chico where he met his wife, Susan. The two settled in Dixon, CA in 1976 to raise their family.
His final years were spent in Woodland, CA, closer to the golf course he loved to play.
Joe is survived
by his wife, Susan; sons, Nicholas, Tyler, and Vincent; daughter-in-law, Phoebe; parents, Nick and Vincensina;
siblings, Nicolette, Judith, Eugene, and David, and many nieces, nephews, friends, and colleagues.
Joe
lived a full, active, and joyous life. He worked for Wraith, Scarlett, & Randolph Insurance Services beginning
in 1989. Joe was active in the Dixon Lions Club for 30 years and especially enjoyed the community service
opportunities the club provided. Joe's real passion was for golf; a member of the Yolo Fliers Club, he was
never far from his next game. An avid cook, Joe loved experimenting with new recipes and working the barbeque.
In short, he will be missed immeasurably.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Dixon Lions
Club or to your favorite charity. A memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 26, 2008 at the
Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Woodland. Reception to follow at Yolo Fliers Club.
